How many emails do you have?

I probably have thousands of spam piling up that I haven't deleted over several unused email accounts.

How do you keep up with all of them? Do you have a list somewhere?

For the burners, I have them listed in my cPanel and only look at them when I'm expecting a message. For important accounts, I forward it to a central email address that I don't reveal anywhere.

I have just two emails. One is for my personal and work mails. The other email address is to get notifications from the numerous apps ad forums that I use and am a member of.

I have four different Gmail accounts. One is my primary, one is my secondary, one I had to use to get back into an account but is now the primary address I use for forums, and the last one I have yet to use but registered for my forum.
