We have 13 members and we're all active.
I do a member sweep every month and anyone inactive gets the boot due to the content of our posts and for the safety of the ladies. I hate lurkers. We at one point had about 34 members but we are down to 13. I'd rather have 13 active members than 100 that never post. I think it's easier to get to know someone when there are less members.
