I have a mod who solely concentrates on the graphics forum, however, nation leaders get their own forums to mod that only their nation's members and global staff can use.
I have two admins including myself, but the other is not too active anymore and is semi retired, so it's really just me. There is one Global Moderator, and two moderators on mine.
I have 10 k posts and about 200 members but discussions get heated a lot so that's why I have that much staff.
With my site at the moment, i've got it set up so that there's currently 7staff in total: 2 Admins: 1 to run the website, and another to run the forum (me). 4 Global Moderators: Each moderator being in charge of a different section of the forum (ie: Nintendo, Sony, Xbox, PC gaming) 1 Website Team member: Manages the website and helps upload articles that members make from the forum to the website.

Reason is that I haven't got that much experience with making the website and also the need for a mod on each of the main sections is to help organise it.
