How many staff members do you have?

Right now it is just me and myself 🙂 Though there's not a lot users either so I don't really need additional staff right now so that's fine.
 
3 Admins (including myself), 6 Super Mods and 2 Events Staff. The community is pretty active so the number of current staff suits it well. :3
 
On the forum I own right now - only 1. I do not have the need for other staff and barely check in myself, it is just a passion project that isn't really on the top of my priorities right now.

It is all about having a need. One should not have more staff when they have no work that they are doing. It is the work that they are doing that will determine whether you should have more staff members or not.
 
I have 2000+ members, and I've been flying solo for years. I don't have a whole lot of posting activity, so I can manage the forum pretty well on my own.
 
Currently just me and the developer. The forum isn't yet open to the public so I don't need a lot of staff. I'm happy with keeping it to just the two of us until the forum gets active.
 
I've got another admin on Gex Forums as well as on Thee Zone. I don't have any moderators on my forums yet. I'm the only staff on my other forums.
 
We have just 3 members but we will need more as there are too many spambots and it's difficult to clenaup
 
On Christianity Haven, it's just the owner, myself as Admin and one moderator. That's all we need because we really don't get many reports to work unless a troll comes in.
 
Four currently, including myself.

A full breakdown: Admin (me obviously), two Moderators (though they're called "Community Staff") and one Developer. I'm actually in the process of hiring a new Community Staff member to replace the one that resigned last month.
 
I run 5 forums.

I'm the only staff member on 2 of them. The other three has me plus one other moderator. I'll probably not ever have more than 2 or 3 staff members (including me) in this day and age.

I have a group on Facebook with over 50,000 members. On that group, we have 2 admins and 4 moderators. We can handle everything, and we even have it set to approve all new members.

I think a lot of forums have WAY TOO MANY staff members.
 
I do not have any staff at the moment, on my last forum I had two staff, apart from myself. I also believe a lot of forums have too many staff.
