How many ways of contact?

I just have via PM. If I ever got bigger, I would devise a Contact Us form so it could be sent to my email.

  2. Contact Us page, (email I get for that)
  3. By emailing
  4. Discord
 
There's a contact form over at the company site, or you can PM. If you check the FAQ closely, or again, just head over to the company page, there's a phone number in there as well.
 
How many ways can your forum members contact you? (examples PM, Facebook, Contact Us, etc)
Members can contact me by email. The more information that you give to people you don’t know the higher risk of identity theft. It’s best to minimise the risk. I also don’t like it when people get impatient and send multiple messages regarding the same issue. People need to learn to chill. It’s like a car overtaking a cyclist when it’s dangerous to.
 
Currently, I am only allowing to contact via email. But I always reply within 12 hours.
 
Through email, contact us page, phone (or text), shoutbox, and if they reply or create a thread in a support area - using the forum itself.
 
Usually through the contact us page, twitter or even via PM on my forums.
 
PM and Email. We have social media channels but do not actively encourage people to reach out to us through these channels.

You bring up a great question.
If people really want to market their brand and develop their reputation and PR, they should add as many ways as possible utilizing social media platforms they are using.

The contact page is fine and cool but if your forum has a Twitter, a Facebook, etc. You should add that as an option as well.
