I want to know how many people have to work for a gaming website to be successful and what would their position be. (without including the programmers)

1 admin to start off with, 2 if one does coding/advertising and the other is more of a community type admin.

Depending on how many members, 1 community team who is basically a global moderator. Once you hit 100+ members bring in another person to the team.

It depends on your budget, and how many workers you think you'll need to help develop your ideas. Success isn't defined by how many people you hire.

My budget is 100$ for the moment, at least this is what I am looking to spend. I will also post a forum design today to give and get a basic idea how it will work out. 100$ will just be complete advertising but I am having difficulties in adding content since I code every day and I expect to spend 3 months with this project.

I really don't know if advertising on Facebook is the best idea and it seems very pricey to me.

Just depends on the amount of work that needs to be done and how much time you and others can put towards it. I would say at least 3 staff, one to manage it, one to watch over the content and the third to help the other two and spread the word of the website.
