I personally think Mr. Green is looking to buy the site he is constantly buying things for a low price then selling for ten times as much.

I wouldn't buy this site I would make a mess of it and the people who run it right now have the safer hands. If I had the money though and new a lot of things with all the files, cPanel et cetera I would bid £3750 for it.
 
I'd pay some sweaty old underpants, my grandma's bra, and an old jock strap. Deal? 😛
