I am currently planning on selling http://nosforum.com . Mainly I am trying to sell the domain, which has a PR 1, plenty of backlinks with the keyword "webmaster forum" and it has an Alexa Rank of 1,394,837 . It is getting an average of 1100 monthly unique visitors and over 3000 monthly page views.
The MyBB forum also includes three premium designs, that have been purchased at pixelmonkey.co . The themes are called Dazzle, Candy & City. These have a total worth of about $60 USD.

For how much would I be able to sell this for and where, at which marketplace?

Thank you in advance

You may want to look and see as to whether you have legal rights to sell the theme with the website.

I don't think you'd get as much as you would expect but probably $30-$40...

To be entirely honest with you, you would be pretty fortunate to get back what you've put into it. The killer here is that the site is underdeveloped, without much real content. :S

Most of the designers of the themes I have purchased, require me to give them an URL of where the theme is located. Therefor I would simply not be allowed to use it anymore.

I may be able to gain about 400 more posts, but the thing is that the domain may expire soon and I would have no idea of what to put on the website anymore. The "webmaster" niche is slowly dying and independent forums are getting less attention, as people are starting to use social networks more often. Google really poured salt into the wound in the year of 2012 when they have launched their Google+ Communities. They are easier to use and you are also able to setup categories.
Also I was more considering of having a blog, as a forum needs more than one person who posts content in order to survive. Unfortunately it is very tough to gain users that actually are interested in the content with the high competition. Therefor I am either letting the domain expire or purchasing it for one more year and sell the domain completely along with the forum and its content.
I am quite aware that I will not gain hundreds of USD, but I would like to have at least a modicum.
