Is it ok to pay 5$ for each article?
I am just asking, not hiring for the moment.

For news of 5 paragraphs and 2 images (which will require sourcing due to copyright issues), I'd probably ask for about $8-10.

Reviews are typically much longer so would require much higher payouts.

$25 for a video review would really depend on the caliber of the review, the technical quality and the length of the video.
