Hiya there just wanted to know what you guys think this would be worth when put together as a desktop pc.

Western Digital Caviar Green 1TB SATA 32MB Cache 3.5 inch Hard Drive (Internal)
Samsung SyncMaster S22B300H LED LCD 21.5" HDMI Monitor
E-3350 Black ATX Gaming PC Tower Desktop Case / Shiny Front + LED Lights
AMD FD8120FRGUBOX - 8 Core (FX-8120) 3.1GHz Processor 8MB - PIB
New ASRock N68C-GS FX Motherboard AMD Socket AM2/AM3/AM3+ DDR2/DDR3 Wth Graphics
New Black Silent 900W ATX Power Supply Unit With 120mm Cooling Fan 900 Watt PSU
Afox Nvidia Geforce GT440 1GB DDR3 PC Gaming Graphics Video Card

What it would be worth, or what someone would buy it for?
I'd give you $1,750 cash, if you were looking to sell it to me.

No i was thinking of building this for myself really did not think it would be that much.

Probably around 800-1k (you're missing some hardware from that list)
Also, there isn't a board that supports AM2 and AM3, and/or both DDR2 and DDR3. The sockets are very physically different to ensure incompatible components aren't accidently used. To support such specs, the board would need to be unnecessarily redundant, which wastes a lot of room that isn't available on the ATX form factor. You must have confused that spec with an AM3(+) processor, which is one way pin compatible with earlier sockets, and does have redundant memory controllers to support either DDR2 or DDR3 for the backwards compatibility to work.
AM2(+) processors only support the DDR2 platform, performing in their respective AM2 socket. However AM3(+) processors will operate in either AM3(+) or AM2+ sockets due to their redundant controllers.

The more you know =]

for all of that, I could get it for a total of around $700 USD give or take $50

I believe there are some missing and incompatible components here.

Also, if you are shopping for the parts go out and find all the parts again and add up each thing give or take some tax's.

I would think it's worth about 700-1000$
