How much is LevelUnlocked worth?

Just out of interest, I'm not planning on selling, but how much would you say my site was worth?

The site is www.LevelUnlocked.net, and it has a forum also.

No more than $15.
The design is pretty poor, the logo contrasts oddly and has a strange looking border. The forums aren't extremely active, and by the looks of it, you only update the news related to gaming, once every few days.

It has potential, but I suggest making a few changes.

I haven't had time lately to do all the news, it's a lot of work for one person, hence why I'm trying to hire people.

Harsh appraisal. Ignore that. I'd say between $40-$200. The forums have 2,900 posts even though they are not very active, the content has value. The design is also alright. It just needs to grow, and get more active.

No offense, but $40 sounds about right - not $200.
 
I don't do values that much, if at all but I had a quick look round and I would give a rough estimate at £25 for everything, site domain, site blog (content on it etc) and the forum (plus the content on there as well).
 
Thankyou for all the estimations. I'm not selling it, so your low values don't bother me, unlike a lot of website creators I am not in this for money, I do not have ads, I am in this because I enjoy it 🙂
 
The top banner and some of the images look great and front page isn't too shabby either. However, the actual forums look odd. That's just the style though and can be changed.

Though at the moment that knocks down my value placement on it. Domain choice is good, fits the website well. Section choice is a bit small and there were no posts at all today and only a few from yesterday.

I would put the domain at around the price a normal .Net these days, and the database around $10ish so around $20-30 let's say. I really just don't like the look of it or set up of the forums. Could do some work though on it and price would go up a bit!

We are looking for more Content providers, I have a busy life so it's hard doing it on my own. And I'm trying to purchase the .com 🙂

Personally, if I were to buy it, I'd try for about $50. I've paid more for less, but for what's there you could probably get closer to $100.
 
Well first off.. the design is pretty neat and I like it.... I do not see how anyone couldn't like it,but there are those people lol.

The content is nice and unique.

The forum could use some shaping up though.

All in all nice site you got going.

I think if you were to sell it you could make 20-40 for the whole shabang.

Well the easiest way is to advertise your forum via your blog. Like have an ad on the side saying want to chat with the levelunlocked community check out the forum . Maybe even mention it in your blog posts.
