First sight it looks amazing but your pictures are either pixelised or too heavy (on high res) it's tamikng some time to load all that up. A new logo would be great too, else, it's nice and fresh. I am afraid, it's way too soon to put a price on it as prices are based on revenue, only a small alount ca be asked for efforts made to build it and that's up to you how much youwant to get for it.
Theme isn't at all unique (on the forums), and it doesn't fit the rest of the site, a third of all posts are made by you, and really, you're the only excessively active member. It needs a lot of work.
I wouldn't pay for the YouTube Channel, as it's not of any worth to me. A whole lot of "Let's play"s, and trailers...
I'm sorry to say this, but AUD$50 is grossly optimistic based on potential ad revenues etc.
A quick search shows that each YouTube ad view is worth around US$0.004, and on average each video has about 50 or so views. So, assuming 80% of your viewers watch the ads (i.e. no AdBlock), each video is worth about USD$0.16, optimistically. So, you'd have to publish over 250 videos at that rate to earn back the $50 that you've paid to buy the channel.
To improve that you'll need to really work on increasing your subscribers and viewers 😉
