How much money have you spent on your forum so far?

A couple of hundred pounds on vBulletin, hosting and domains etc
Nice Question. I know I'm on a free forum prvider, but, I have put anywhere from $300 - $500 on my forum in the past year, since opening.
I've been paying $7 a month to remove the Ads. 7 X 13 = $91
I spent $10 for my domain name
$14 for manual hosting my domain name onto my forum's url
Have paid around $50 the last month for advertising, and text backlinks with member here. ** hoping to build the SEO/PR **
some member here, I think all were members here 😀 I did business with.
But most the big maoney pay out goes to the rewards for active and contributing members.
And, through monthly contests, where i randomnly select active members , and send them a game of their choice from the Nintendo Wii shop Channel. ranging from $5-$8 a piece. Here's a link, from the first few i did this, up until september. Then started making new topics for each new one
someimes i give 5 games, sometimes 2-3 , a month.

along with those, i shelled out $50 worth of Wii Points for the Anniversary we had on Aril 13th, in Free Wii Points.

Around £400, I have the IPB addons (Gallery, Blog), the board itself, have had to renew the license 4 times (I think), hosted it in different places for the past 2 and half years, domains etc.

~eeeek~ yikes, for that much you could have bought a year's hosting with say HawkHost (who we're hosted with), been Ad-Free anyway and had all the joys of file system access, cPanel, the ability to Add MODs etc etc...
As for me, I pay something like £56 a year for basically unlimited hosting...we're talking about several TB disk space and bandwidth, 999 Emails, domains, databases etc... Apart from that I've only paid for domain names so in total for my website I paid near anout £70 in total. However I host some other sites on the same hosting account so that really brings out the value for money.

Let's see, in about a month I'm dropping the big ones so...
$400 on hosting (Will be more when we switch to VPS)
$200 on design (Unlimited access to some amazing styles, includes copyright removal)
$100 in domains, but we'll be buying // selling them so this is a liquid figure ~wink~
$100 on adverts (Maybe not at first)
I'm also getting a few things for myself to help me stay in contact while mobile, including a $300 netbook and a $200 cell phone w/ Internet ~cheesey_grin~

I know, hence why I said "basically" unlimited. I'm entitled to something like 15+ TB of disk space and bandwidth per month, a figure nobody with a site here is likely to reach - ever. ~lol~
