How much should I offer to advertise on someone's site?

The site I am looking to advertise according to them averages 100,000 unique hits per day.

Basically, I do not know how much to offer them to post a few referral links to my site.

What do you think I should offer them for 1 referral link back to my site?
What do you think I should offer them for 30 referral links back to my site spanning over a period of one month?

* Do that site related to your site niche ?

* You are getting a doFollow or noFollow link ?

* Link will in one place or repeat like in hearder, footer or menu bars ?

* Is it just a text link or you are allowed to use a banner ?

* Did they show you proof for this traffic ?

* where will they position your ad in their site ?

If their traffic is true unique visitors and you get positive answers for these questions then a link worth more than 10$.
