How much sleep do you actually get?

I've noticed if I don't get at least 8 hours of sleep, going to work is a complete and utter mess. :lol:

I try to get 7-8 hours a night. But lately, I've only been getting 5 =/
 
About 6-7 hours usually. I go to sleep around midnight or 1:00, then wake up around 7:00. On weekends I sleep longer though.

I wish I could stay up that late. I miss a lot of things. I have to get up for work at 4am. I'ts very difficult for me to get the proper amount of sleep at night. Especially when my gf wants to talk to me on the phone for 2+ hours!
 
I need at least 8 hours to feel well rested. If I ever go under it I can't stay focused... Seems like I am always ill, but that's how my body works 😛
 
It's been varying a lot lately. I try to get at least ten hours of sleep, but it seems to be a hit and miss lately.

I'm in the same boat. 2-4 hours is a normal night for me. Slept this morning from 1 am to 4 am. I don't get tired like I used to though, I guess my body is adjusted at this point.

I've been feeling miserable in the morning ever since I started working. I'm still not used to it and would prefer to feel fresh and awake in the morning after having had breakfast and a shower. Alas, it's around the afternoon I get over that miserable feeling but then it's not long before I need to sleep again.
 
I get about 5-6 hours of sleep every night. When university starts, I will probably get less. Hello Redbull.
 
I normally get about 6 hours now. I normally go to sleep around midnight, then get up at about 6 AM.
 
I try to get at least seven or eight hours. I can't function on four or five hours like so many of you can. XD
 
I get roughly about 5 hours of sleep on weekdays. I get about 7 hours on weekends.
