how much u earn with your site?

I only have few adds on my site but it doesnt look like its bringing any income 🙁 maybe cos the site is starting and i dont have a big member base but still hopefully it will kick off soon. I was always wondering how people make that 100 bucks a day?! It seems impossible 🙁
First thing, NEVER open a forum to just make revenue from it because it more than likely will never happen. Only think about monetizing your forum when it has established a returning memberbase and a good amount of traffic.
It is not really worth giving up your day job over unless you are making a consistent amount of money, every month.
I make about a total of $400 per month through all of my websites via Adsense, BSA, Private Ad's.

I totaly understand your point. I did open my website not to get money but to inform international students and share my experiance with them about studying abroad. I thought it could be use as an extra money income source tho, since its hard to get a job in the place where i live. 🙂
Ye, but since you own a site you can have them through Google adsense or any other similar program. Beside you can creat ads the way you want small, big, tall etc. and you can only have 3 (from google adsense) on one site so it doesnt realy make it messy.
On the other hand I would say it is difficult to make money with it if you are starting your forum. I have mine forum for few days 😛 and i made only 1 buck cs nobody clickes on da ads 🙁

Actually I made one euro (i live in the Netherlands) my forum is on new server for 8 days and been viewed over 3000 times during those 8 days. Its a forum for studens in Groningen and since its constitute for around 35% of whole Groningen populatin its not so bad. The point is that many people coming looking for something and after they found the info they were after they are gone without signing up so my data base (post count and member list is small - and that makes me sad 🙁 )
btw that one euro came from 7 clicks people made. But I think its not good enough for 3000+ views only 7 clicks :/ not entirely happy with it 🙂

Im sorry Im asking but for some reason everybody on da internet says they are getting paid thousands of dollars but never provide any link that I could see is their website realy doing good or not. And you website link in your profile connet me to a site which say is closed. :/

I don't know. I'd like to keep it free of ads, maybe a few private ads rather than ones through Google etc, I'd like to be able to rely on donations (if I ever get any). Don't really want my site filled with ads, wanna keep it clean and for the community.
