My gaming Asus Rog I paid $2400 and it was on sale from $3100
Lastly my 5 years old custom built desktop around $2500

Mine was $500. It's a $900 laptop but this one happened to be refurbished so I got a discount. It works great and has done so for over a year.

Laptops are overpriced imo. My desktop computer was only about 800 euros and has 256 gb of SSD, 1 or 2 tb of HDD, 16 gb of ram and a i7 processor.

Building is cheaper however you are talking about euros,
