How often do you backup?

How often do you backup your forums? I do three times a day- once when I wake up, once when I eat lunch, and once before I go to sleep.

I'd normally backup 1 time per day on the database, and I backup on the files to my computer once a week and also onto a different server.

I do a forum backup, backup my sql's, and then do a backup of the whole home directory.

I back up every week. I don't do it day by day. If we have a big post time or an important announcement or drafts, it will be backed up that day.

I keep a backup of the actual files every time I make any major changes and a forum backup every now and then, just did a forum backup in-fact.

We're not able to back up the actual forum, it being a free host, but I save all new in-game posts to my HD daily.

i do back ups everyday at 10 pm if its active, if not i do it every 2-3 days... (they are full back ups from cpanel but i only dl the latest one once a week)
