How often do you change theme?

On your forum is there a set amount of time for how often a theme is up? Do you have multiple custom themes?

On my forum there is one custom theme and a few others that are available to choose from, but were downloaded. The default MyBB theme as well. The custom theme is up 24/7 unless it is a holiday or event in which we sometime edit the theme (change logo, colors, etc) or switch it out for the day. Most members use the custom theme but a few are on the default because it is pretty basic and doesn't have too many features which helps if they have slower internet or computer.

We have 3 custom at the moment, and I tend to like to add a new custom depending on where we are in the year. We also add seasonal ones: Spring, Summer, Halloween, Fall, Christmas. I make sure all the seasonal themes aren't too used too long so members won't get bored if we use it again next year.

We're working on a new custom to come out in the next month, we last added one in January and the one before last summer. So it's close to every 6 months we get a new custom. 😀

I try to never change my theme honestly, although I might add some holiday elements there isn't a true, fully redone change done to it at all.

I dont thing will change my theme. I structured my site with theme i have choosed, if change i must rebuild.

My forum has two somewhat custom themes, but we don't use them since the person that was designing them never finished. I usually leave the galaxy theme as the default and there are three other choices for people to chose from. I usually don't change the themes unless someone has a good suggestion for it.
