How often do you drink water? Do you remember to drink as much as you're supposed to?

I've heard of people setting reminders to drink water throughout the day since it's easy to forget. I've also seen people use smart water bottles to track all their daily water intake.

I never had a problem with drinking water, I drink about 80-100 fl oz a day and it's really helped with cutting out sugary drinks as well.

I drink water everyday. I even drink propel along with Gatorade(sugar free), as I go to the gym and walk 3-4 miles on a daily basis.

I'd honestly say that I drink about a gallon everyday. I keep a yeti cup handy with a cup of water with ice with me everyday.

Water is one my favorite drinks, so I tend to drink water before any sugar drinks. I rarely drink sugary drinks these days, only diet.

every day of my life 😛 I also started having coconut water for the last five weeks.

I drink a lot of water! It's good to help clear up the mucous/phlegm from allergies as well as give you clear skin.

I don’t drink it as much as I’m supposed to…because there’s some days where I forget to at all…but if I have my Stanley cup (that’s designated to water only) around me, I’ll be sure to fill it up and drink it or even a water bottle. I know it sounds strange but I am very picky about my water. It has to be filtered or in a bottle or I won’t drink it. 🤣

I use to drink soda all day long but now I only have a soda at dinner.......and that's it. I try to drink more watch now that I'm not drinking as much soda. Am I drinking as much water as I'm suppose to......probably not.

Not nearly enough. I have a cup that I fill with (flavored) water, but I don't always take the time to drink it, so it usually takes me a few days to finish it before I need to refill it again. I'm not a huge fan of just plain water, so I always flavor it when I can. I will drink plain water, but it's usually on an as needed basis or if my water cup gets emptied before I get home and I'm refilling it while I'm out. I do have a separate, small water cup that I fill with (flavored) water when I go skating since the rink I go to allows me to bring in my own cup, and I'll usually drink through the whole cup by the end of the session.

On the plus side, I'm not drinking nearly as much soda as I used to and just limit it to when I go out to eat (where I end up drinking a lot lol). At home, I usually drink bottled drinks like BodyArmors, Gatorades, or lemonades, depending on what I'm feeling or what I buy at the store when I go, and I'll have coffee or an energy drink as my caffeine for the day. (I usually save energy drinks for the mornings I work since they're a quick and easy grab and go option if I'm running late and don't have time to make coffee.)

It depends on the time of year. During the colder months I drink 1.5+ litres a day. Summertime it varies depending on how active I am but between 3 to 4+ litres would be the norm.

That may sound excessive but I don't dink anything else other than coffee and my autonomic system which controls a number of body functions is broken which often results in the lose of 4-6lbs in body weight due to fluid loss in a day.

I do not drink it enough. I probably have 2 bottles a day.
