How often do you go for an eye exam?

I have an eye appointment this morning and I usually have a headache afterwards. Here's hoping today is different! I have work I need to do.

I’m supposed to go every year, but I’m pretty bad about actually doing it. It’s probably been 2-3 years since my last one, and I’ve got vision insurance that pays for it, so that’s silly.

Only when I know I need to change glasses, its not cheap to buy new ones.

I go every 1-2 years. I last went to an eye appointment 2 weeks ago.
I needed to change my glasses and get my eyes tested.
