So on my current car, I’ve had it for two years and have not replaced them. On my previous car that I had for four years I never replaced them either. Both vehicles were used vehicle vehicles. How often do you change yours and what makes you realize that they need to be changed?

My car is around 20 years old. I do recall changing the rear wiper blade a few years ago and I'm sure my garage must have changed them all during the annual service but to be honest I don't ever recall seeing them itemized.

The only reason I can imagine they last so long is I never switch them on without using the screen wash first.

Mine drag across my windshield when it’s sprinkling and I constantly have to spray my washer fluid to make the noise stop. I might need to replace the front ones. 🤣

I read a long time ago that they should be changed yearly. I don't do that!

I've learned that the brand sold by the dealer for your brand/model will last longer than the ones at like AutoZone or whatever.

With that said, I really need new ones, but they're still kind of okay and keep passing inspection, so maybe...next year LOL

Until they are so broken that you have no choice 😛 We had to replace one of them years ago as it had rusted. But I say I do not think we really need to replace them in the lifespan of the ownership of that car

Well, it could’ve broken off and flown away during a horrible rainstorm so it’s good that you replaced it. 😬😅🤣
