Your computer, Operating System, etc. We are not ones to upgrade just to upgrade. Only when the computer starts to act up do we. There are always bugs in a new OS & we like waiting until they are worked out. Plus, we believe in the If it ain't broke, don't fix it! If we ever had any issues, we’d go to Best Buy for their Geek Squad.
They last as long as you look after your gear and in return, it looks after your wallet. My Asus Laptop that I have now is since 2016 with Windows 10 installed had a new IPS screen and also an SSD drive replacement, that's all I did with it. Before it was not an IPS screen and had an HHD drive.
But more of a desktop gaming person, so I have a pre-built system that I have done myself and it has had Windows 10 on it and now with 11 🙂 With desktops and whatnot at least you can upgrade GPU and drives at any point.
