How often do you video chat?

These days I haven't been video chatting much as I used to before because of my busy schedule.

I don't really do it so much with friends or family, mainly just when I have to at work. Not very often I have to be on conference calls (though apparently they're about to start wasting an hour of my Thursdays starting this week), but that's really the only time I have to do it.

I video chat with my parents and in-laws every day for a few minutes just to make sure they're all doing good and also be aware of any help they might need from us (me & my wife).
