How reliable is Enetfix

I am looking for some good online antivirus software and I downloaded enetfix software, which i found much better, i am using it since couple of months. I want to know the name of some other cheap and good antivirus

I've used Avira and they work pretty well... Except they can be annoying when it comes to 2 things.

1- If you use the free version then they have a daily pop up that will randomly interrupt whatever your doing to show you an ad. It's possible to block the ad though by restricting AVnotify.exe and ipmgui.exe (outlined here.)

2- Updates often require you to restart the system. They don't install on shutdown or startup so you actually have to manually restart the system for them to apply. (Which can get really annoying.)

But on the upside, it's extremely good at removing threats and protecting the system while not slowing your system down much. And it's not hard to set up at all. (I've never needed to uninstall though so I can't speak about that.)

I use Baidu Antivirus 2013 which is free, and in the settings, you can also enable definitions from Avira Antivirus if you feel the protection from the Baidu Cloud, and Antivirus protection are not good enough for you.

It seems pretty fast, and I haven't notice any computer slowdown when using Baidu Antivirus compared to other antivirus programs I used.

I think Online/Cloud Antiviruses uses virus definition files which are hosted on the an internet server instead of needing manual updating where you need to download, and install the latest definitions to have the latest protection from newer viruses, and the Antivirus checks the virus definitions on a server, and warns the user if the file has a virus in it.

Some online antivirus like Immunet, Panda Clud, Baidu etc also has offline virus definitions from Avira, Panda or ClamAV for extra protection when the user is not online, and can be used along side other Antivirus like Windows Defender, MS Security Essentials programs without problems, and the extra antivirus gives a second opinion on if the file is a virus or not.

Use avast, avira and avg these are consider best anti-virus softwares. If you get registration key then they work great.
