Does anyone know how to add a advertisement on your youtube Page like on the left or does any one know how to add a banner before at the top of you youtube channel? For example if you look at vevo channel they have a banner to their site.

Indeed, you have to be a Youtube Partner or part of Youtube Revenue sharing which is for people who only have one viral video to add ads unless you use a video editing software like Windows Movie Maker to paste the ad Video clip file before the actual video file during editing.

Your videos must be getting hundreds of thousands of views. My videos combined have a total of nearly 4 million views but I still got rejected to partner.
