How to add image in place of forum name

I want to have something like this in my forum. The image banner needs to be present instead of the sub-forum name as shown below :



I need the image to be clickable so that it can re-direct to another site. And I don't want the section to open up on clicking as we generally have.

Can anyone help me out on this ? 🙂

Try finding a mod there should be something out there! Or search on the phpbb site

I don't think there is any mod. I have seen such similar things in so many forums.
