How to add posting template.

Hi guys.

could someone please tell me how to add a posting template as shwon in the graphic, pakcage and review forums. Its the bit where you create a new topic and there are already words there.

Its a bit longer than that if you read the install instructions -😉-

The time it actually takes and the time it says it should take rarely match i find... Sometimes it can be done in half the time and sometimes it takes 4 times as long.

The SEO mod is a perfect example of that... Because it is full of problems it takes much longer to install properly.

That mod took over an hour to install and then messed up the forums -🙁
