How can you disable flood control 30 seconds between posting on a VB forum ? or for a certain group ?
 
It's not possible for a certain group, I don't think.

But vB Options -> Message Posting and Editing Options -> Minimum Time Between Posts

0 to disable, or type in a number of seconds of your choice. Default 30
