How to edit 404 Error Page?

I'm not 100% sure how to do it but if you're using something like MyBB there is some sort of error template you can edit.

No i meant on my website epicallyfun.com

Create a .htaccess in your root folder and add this inside of it:
ErrorDocument 404 http://www.epicallyfun.com/404.html

Now just create and upload the 404.html page to correspond with it.
