Anyways, How do I edit it?

What part of it? The text or the background colors?

How was it installed? Did you put it in the templates or are you using a plugin?

What part do you want to edit? The colors or the text?

Is it on every page or just the index? On every page:
Check the header template.

Admin CP -> Templates & Style -> Templates -> YourTheme Templates -> Header Templates -> header

If it isn't in that one, it'll be in one of the header_XXX templates.

If it's only on the index page:

Admin CP -> Templates & Style -> Templates -> YourTheme Templates -> Index Templates -> index
