You have to wait 2 months before the domain can be pushed to your account.

This may help you out,

Free domain names will be registered with NameCheap. You can begin to use your free domain name immediately. However, registrars require a 2 month wait after registration, before a new domain name can be transferred to a different account. Hence, you must wait at least two months before the domain can be transferred to your own personal account. The cost for transferring the domain to your account is 150 FP.

But I requested a domain in the fp exchange forum before and it was pushed instantly?.

You can push a domain registered on Namecheap to another Namecheap account as soon as the registration is processed. To transfer to another registrar, such as GoDaddy (*shudder*), you have to wait 2 months.

You must pay 150 FP to transfer it.

You can push under 60 days according to the thread.
