How to get my members to promote my forum?

Can anyone offer any tips on how to get members of my forum to promote my forum on the internet?

I think that is almost impossible, unless you offer some very nice rewards. That would include money, services or other. You could also start some sort of referral system or giveaway regarding your affiliate program.

I would say that the best way to get your members to promote your forum, is by providing a great forum. If members enjoy being part of your community and they feel that it helps them in some way, they will generally be happy to recommend it to other people.

Offer something worth their time. Either a really good forums or a prize.
