How to increase site's loading speed without using codes?? is there any software or anything for the same?

Caching will bring you a good piece of speed. You can use Varnish or CDN or plugins. But if you really want speed you need to get dirty nails and look at every little detail at the site. Image compression, html compression, combining, graphic optimization, TTFB at your host. You even need to check your html/css for errors as they will slow down a browser.

I think if you google how to improve loading speed it should come up with some free or paid services to do it.
