How to install Auto-Mod

Upload all files from 'upload' folder to your root folder (yourdomain.com, yourdomain.com/forum or any phpbb root you have there) and then log in with your ADMIN account.
Then run 'yourdomain.com/install' (root/install/index.php) and follow those easy steps!
After successful install, delete the install folder and you are done!

I suggest NOT to use automod on your live board if you just started to use it.
Try it with localhost. It's not as easy as it looks, it can ruin your forum (i ruined my forum like 3 times, had to start over)!
