How to install mods?

I know there are various mods available to phpBB3 forums, but how exactly do I go about implementing them to my site?

double click the XML file. It will open in internet explorer. If it doesn't open it in IE, Opera, Firefox or Safari.

A list of installation structions will be produced. Follow them.

For some reason, I get an error message on the XML file, saying that it 'cannot be displayed'. What's going on?

What mod you trying to install?

Make sure you open the XML with internet explorer (default) or firefox, im sure any browser will work but i haven't tested them in any browser other than firefox and IE.

It wouldn't be the MOD, it would be the XML file or XSL file...

Did you unzip the folder?
