How to install phpbb3 Mod ?

I know html not much though however I want to install the following mod,

Use SMF, mod installs are alot easier.

Download the zip, un-zip it. Then read the install.xml

And follow the instructions.

Using cPanel you can either use the file manager, or FTP. FTP is quicker.

It's pretty much as simple as copy and paste, just make sure you add the codes in the right spots. And in the right files.
