You guys got any tips on how to make your facebook ads attractive for people to click on? I've been thinking about redirecting them to the welcome post on the forum where the forum introduts itself. But how should my banner look? What text should I use?

your banner should be very appealing and eye-catching with good attractive colors. graphic designers know how to do that, you can seek their services. As for the text, make them to be very concise and straight to the point in delivering its message. make use of call-to-action words.
