How to move my affiliate section?

Now please bare with me on this, I'm as thick as two short planks when it comes to coding etc.....

On my forum I currently have my affiliate banners scrolling across a thread title

Scroll down to the bottom under the "Affiliate" section and you will see...

I would like to put the affiliate at the bottom of my home page and not have them scrolling but don't have the first clue on how to do it? I am currently using a free forumotion board so knowledge of the admin CP would be useful.

Now I need to get replies in basic English as I get confused very easily with technical jargon :lol:

Sorry for the delay I've only just spotted that you answered, I'm running PPhbb2 (did I type that right?) :lol:

I was looking at upgrading to version 3 but my site has only just undergone a re-fit so I'm going to wait until i get bored again..... :great:
