I see many videos on YouTube where PC Gamers can play modern games like BattleField 4 on PCs with Dual Core CPUs like the Intel i3 Dual Core CPU, and 3GB RAM, and a older video card like a Nvidia GTS 450.
The video game quality is pretty good as well for a dual core CPU, 3GB of RAM, and slower video
How do they make new games playable on older computers with slower computer parts?

Pentium Dual Core E5200 2.5 Ghz without o.c
3 GB RAM (4 GB could be but I want to see if it works with 3Gb)
EVGA GTS 450 1GB GDRR5 (put her to give the same bottleneck in processor)
