How to restrict access to posting in certain sections

Hey Fowler,


on this forum, you have the feature to prevent people posting in the "Advertise your forum" section unless they have more than 4 posts.

How did you add this feature? as i would like to incorporate it into mine

It is a groups mod - http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopi ... 0&t=546907

Once you install it edit the permissions of the registered users group so they can't post in what ever forum then create a new group and then you can select a post count they need to be added to that group then give that group posting permissions and then they can post as the yes in the new group overwrites the no permission for the old group.
