How to start over?

How should I start over a forum now? I used to have a forum up which got lost after a long downtime with my host. After that, I have no idea on how to start again. I was using free Web Hosting but now I can't seem to find a good stable free host that will last long. Does anyone knows of a good free host that is stable and has been around for a long time?

I was thinking at first of using a free forum host until I can get web hosting but I know that they will not give you a copy of your backup unless you pay for it.

Anyone has any ideas?

ProPHPBB is good. If you need a backup when you are ready to move, all you have to do is email them and they will send you a copy of your database. They are the ones that I am currently using: http://www.prophpbb.com They are actually one of my favorites for free hosting. They're pretty stable too. Not sure how many years they've been around, but they're pretty reliable.
