Mobility is the trend of business today because of the wide use of internet. Facebook is a very popular social media site for doing business promotions and advertisements. How can you maximize it without annoying people, especially potential prospects? We can't just bombard people with too much business promotions. Appropriate attraction marketing keeps the balance between business posts, insightful posts, and life updates. It's very crucial because it creates your personal brand. I want to share a few tips on proper use of Facebook for attraction marketing.

Profile picture and cover photo
Make your profile picture and cover photo look presentable and professional as much as possible. People are very visual and they have the impression that a decent-looking entrepreneur looks more credible. People pre-judge with looks whether we like it or not.

Daily posts
Limit daily posts to three posts. Aside from business posts, always post positive things. Facebook is not used for ranting, drama, or broadcasting personal problems. They should be solved personally. How can you attract prospects or potential clients if you annoy them with negative posts? Aside from business promotions, posts should be also about informative and positive things. Remember, your daily posts reflect the personal brand you have and this is how people will remember you each time they hear your name.

CLC (Click-Like-Comment)
It's better to make people feel that you are interested about them instead of just making it everything about you. This builds rapport with your prospects. People don't care about what you know unless they know how you care. Building rapport is a good way of developing your prospect's interest with your business, especially when they see your sincerity in catering their needs.

Create Diversity
Create a balance between business posts and lighter things. Bombarding people with business promotions will surely annoy them. Personally, I post one to three times a day about any of the following:
  • Business
  • Travels/leisure
  • Humor
  • Faith
  • Positive quotes
  • Recognition
  • Health
  • Family and friends
  • Our team and business events
  • Inspirational quotes
These are the things I do when I use Facebook daily. Such posts reflect how your business changed your life as well your character and this gives your prospect a good impression on your business. I hope this helps you in doing your attraction marketing as well.

I have many friends who are into online business. Some of them are posting several times a day to promote their business and it is really annoying. They should create a Facebook page where they can upload all pictures and blurbs. And then they can promote that page by one post in a day so it wouldn't be annoying.
