How can I add the "Button/Text Adds" Mod? Or, where can I find it?

I don't think that is a mod. It could just be a table easily edited with HTML.

Haven't Modded in a little while. How exactly do I do it..
Just edit Phpbb3 files, and then save them, and re-upload? Or, upload the actual Mod Files too? 😛

Edit the phpBB3 files with the template edits given...

BACKUP your files before performing any edits. Once done, upload and overwrite the files and it should be done.

Yes. By following the above it should do what you want. I tried it and it does what you said I think.
