How user friendly is your forum?

How user friendly is your forum? Have you ever had complaints about certain areas of your site or the entire site?

I think my forums are user friendly, I have easy to follow navigation menu, categories on the home page, recent posts and topics on sidebar, and forum stats and important links on the bottom.

My forum is well-organized, optimized for performance, and has accessible navigation options. I would personally think it's user-friendly.

I try to keep my categories and board to a minimum, use prefixes to organize topics more, and stay away from adding so many new features like social groups, blogs, and so on.

I think once you start adding more features, then the forum gets less user friendly.

I try to keep the forum as, well, a forum.
