How was Christmas this year?

What did you get for Christmas and did you have a good Christmas this year?

I got nothing but I bought my in-laws and my husbands aunt presents. It was "okay". It's not the same without my family. 😭

I had no money to buy anything and I received nothing. It wasn't a particularly great Christmas, I felt horrible not being able to give anything

Mine was good! I got a baseball themed ornament with my name on it, a lavender diffuser thing, and a chocolate fountain! My personal favorite is the chocolate fountain because I've always wanted one, so I'm really excited to go buy different fruits and things to dip in chocolate (and of course, the chocolate itself!) to use it. Also got a little beachy themed keychain as one of my stocking stuffers, but I won't know what the rest is till next week when we do New Year's gifts.

My work Secret Santa so far has gifted me a bunch of Hi-Chews in a brown paper bag, which I thought was funny. He told me the real gift hasn't arrived yet, but he wanted me to have something ahead of the holiday since he's gone out of town to see his family for Christmas. (I appreciated it too because I was low key stressed the day he gave it to me, and I was low key snacking on the candies the rest of my shift.)

I was also really annoyed at people. Mainly my husband and father in law. So I'm bummed. But I got a picture of Jordan's grandma and I. She's like 98 and she was a twin. Sadly her twin died from a stroke a while back.

We got a new well pump for $2,000 LOL Merry Christmas to us! But it's good to be able to have water again after the old pump died Saturday night. We usually don't exchange gifts except with our daughter, my dad and my sister My dad gave us money and my sister got me a door mat I needed for the front door and some bottle cozies for my husband's beer for him. We'll get our daughter's gifts soon.

Was just a normal day for me, aside from going for a little stroll because the weather was okay for it.

Mine could have been better since I was sick and still am. But I got some cool gifts and we had some good food that I was able to taste thankfully. I'm slowly starting to feel better, my congestion is almost completely gone and so is my cough. I'm having stomach issues now though, but thankfully I'm not physically getting sick at least.

It's not one of my favorite scents, but I like the calm, relaxing feeling that comes with it. I'm looking forward to getting it set up and using it!
