How would you deal with staffs that didn't follow the forum Board-wide guidelines? They may do this thinking since their staff they can do whatever they feel like it. Have you ever had a staff like this before?

I'm really against this and wouldn't tolerate it. All staffs should act as a leader and follow all the guidelines especially since they're staff. I'm really not sure how I'd deal with them.

Send the a reminder that they have to follow the rules. If they dont start following the rules send them a warning. If that dosnt work cut them from being staff. They are staff and have to set an example. IF staff are not going by the rules why should members.

I'd PM them and ask that they follow the rules. Members are influenced by the example set by staff, so it is very important that staff abide by the rules at all time.
