How you play with links

HI FP team again

I have noticed that

Whenever a link is posted on FP

Than If the link is of FP only for example if the link is this
posting.php?mode=post&f=54

Than it does no open in new window

but if the link is outside of FP for example
www.badprogrammers.com
Than it's open in new window

How you do that

Please Help
