HTML to WordPress

I got a HTML file and I want to convert it to WordPress. I was wondering if anyone was willing to do it for me and how much you would charge?

But converting a template to wordpress is a frustrating and time consuming task, I started on a template and just quited. It was too hard 🙁 Simple PHP skill will be required but on the article their is a couple of video tutorials, I suggest you use them.
