On the movie, Sully it was noted that minus human error the pilots could have gotten to the airport and avoided a landing in the river, which luckily, saved everyone on board. So what is your take on human error?

we all make an error in our life! more then once

I think I saw that movie starring Tom Hanks? It was based on the true story of the pilot who tried to prove that it was not his mistake that caused the plane to crash. Anyway, there is a saying that to err is human so that means it is normal for humans to make mistakes. That's why there is the so called specialization when it comes to critical jobs such as aviation. The pilot should be well-trained and has the psychological capacity to handle crisis.

Human error is natural but these days, the line between human error and human idiocy is so blurry. For example - you see train crashes or bus crashes that occur tragically. Your first thought is... 'must've been an accident.' Then you find out the driver or conductor was texting or fiddling with a device while operating the vehicle. Then your response becomes... 'wow they shouldn't have been doing that.' So many bad things happen these days because people are reckless, stupid and irresponsible. That actually makes legitimate human error a lot less tolerable for most people.
